Spotted one on "warehouse 13" and actually its part of the story line that episode, its the one where alice gets out again and they have to get her out of someone and use the hookah that can suck peoples souls from their bodies. It takes place and was shot in Bulgaria and there are hookahs everywhere throughout the movie but most especially in several scenes that actually take place in a hookah lounge. Breaking Bad, the episode where Jesse visits Gail's apt and there was a hookah on his coffee table. It's not setup properly at all- Half the stem is missing, with the hose stuck into the top of the heart. Obviously a screw-apart Chinese stem. You'd think a smart chemist like Gale would smoke out of a better quality pipe, and be able to set the damn thing up properly. Hose stays in the top in this episode until the scene I think where Gus comes to visit, then the hose is lying beside the hookah. It's setup wrong until we see the pictures Hank is holding that the APD took after Gale was murdered. Here, it's like whoever on set actually knew what they were doing and set it up right, and the continuity guy on set was not paying attention and didn't catch the mistake.
