If you get the idea this is not a real specific question and you are merely going to get people's personal opinions. From a personal standpoint I'd say that you cannot go wrong with a KM or a MYA since they come in different sizes, styles (or looks) and prices. That and they are generally easy to care for and manage Like others have suggested maybe look at some reviews that other users have posted about name brand hookahs and see whether or not their reviews on the hookahs suit your needs.
