I just snagged this up from Craigslist the other day. The vase came with a cheap chinese stem; but I didn't buy it for that now

I'll also take a picture of what I think is a bohemian that I've had for a while. It didn't have any stickers when I got it, so maybe you guys can help me out.

I have the same jar and mine has the damn water spots too. Some of my frosting is coming off also so I'm wondering if I can strip the frosting totally as it's better clear

The frosting can't be stripped, Derek. It's been discussed in great detail on another forum between Mattarios, Jon Bon, and Eric. They came to the conclusion, IIRC, that the frosting is permanent and not removable. I can't remember what they said about the water spots, though... Still haven't tried digging up the thread. Maybe I'll do that today.

Folks, here you are :

It is made by gel gloss and it is called no streek glass polish. I picked it up at bennys for $2.99

I used it on every bohemian I had that had water spots on it. Put a little on a toothbrush, scrub medium pressure for about 1-2 minutes. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then wipe off with microfiber towel. VOILA!

As for fixing the frost or removing it, still don't know. But this should get rid of the calcium deposits (water spots) on your frosted bohos.
