NickReppinThe909
so yesterday i bought a 250g tin of starbuzz mixed berry after reading a few good reviews and today i woke up and packed a bowl and sat down for a session and i started smoking and it had a strong soap taste and i thought it might go away after smoking for a while but it just got worse so i called over to starbuzz and they said "i got a bad tin" but this isnt the first i have heard of the soapy taste what can i do ? just throw it away and forget about the $18 i spent on it ? ilikemyusername
i'd be mad. i'd expect something other that "sorry you got a bad batch" from them, they just admitted to you that they know they have this problem. call them back, tell them you want a good batch and an apology. damn american business
thecoalition
....its starbuzz. youve got a 99.9% chance that its NOT a bad batch. Its most likely that is what it tastes like and it wont change. This is the world of starbuzz. Its either sweet floral or soap.

The Devils Playground
Dude are you serious? Kevin and Billy did not want to replace it? That should fall on their hands and they should replace it. You see what bad exoticas did to Gabe. Maybe since Billy sneeks on here he should think this over and get your shipping address and replace it. Just mt opinion.Yes I am back from Vacation. I will get all the stuff I saw posted up in the next couple days.Laters, Neal

Webbles
I would make SURE that it is a bad batch. Clean your hookah, clean the hose, then try it again. OR if you have a friend with a hookah, smoke a bowl with him to see if you get the same result. If after all that it still does taste like soap, toss it. But at least you made sure.I had a bad batch of White peach, and even with ALL the reviews (and im talking a shit load) about how great it tastes, i have yet to buy that flavor again.Ive bought 20+ tins of starbuzz and WHITE peach was the only one that was crap. Blackwater, Dynecorp... that has to be another 20%.And etc. and etc. Edited April 4, 2008 by gaia.plateau
austinthecity
You're crazy. Walmart has some of the best customer service in the retail business. Try returning something after 30 days at best buy or circuit city. The only place better than wal mart is Sam's club, just because it's not as crowded. Johnny_D
Agreed shisha fan. But what I can't get my mind round is this :-Lots of people think starbuzz is really mid-field. Not the best, not the worse. Yet someone must be purchasing it for them to sell it at the price they do!I Rate Nahkla before Starbuzz. Fumari ain't bad. And I'll let you know what I think of potion when it gets here monday. And Look at the shitty customer service! If you want a Rolls Royce product - you'd better have RR Customer Services to back it up.JD

crisbeatz
I'll make you a deal. If Starbuzz doesn't take care of it, I'll send you what I have left which is about 200g. I'll pay for shipping. I'm not trying to back upStarbuzz (though Wildberry Mint is my favorite smoke) but I'd really hate to see you not like the peach. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Let me know what happens. Just pm me.
