mikeypas Posted July 4, 2008 Author Share Posted July 4, 2008 so ironically, after i posted this, my package came! yay, a new KM exotica JR from goothookahs..... or so it seemed..got the package, signed for it, took it upstairs to my apt, and noticed it stamped everywhere, RECEIVED DAMAGED.funny, the box looked a little rough around the edges but nothing to say this fell out of a truck.so i open it up.. the KM hose is snapped in half (the plastic part)the tray is bent right in halfthe charcoal holder (i ordered separately) is bent in halfi'm really pissed off.. not trying to jump the gun, i've left gothookahs a voice message (no one there to pick up), and hopefully they can rectify this situation, because this is just shoddy. mikeypas Posted July 8, 2008 Author Share Posted July 8, 2008 Well, thought I would update you! Always fair to update the community about vendors responses! Spoke with Chuck at Gothookahs. At first I was told to go to the postal office and file a claims. unfortunately, doesn't work that way for canada post vs usps, in fact it is a long process which could take 2 months. So what he did was send me out a new KM hose and tray which were damaged originally. I sent him pics of the damaged box and items.he wouldnt send me out a replacement tray for a charcoal holder i got, because he originally threw it in for free. oh well, what can u do.. so overall i'm happy with their cust service so far!!
