Frank
I don't know where to begin.....I purchased a Gold Syrian Chiller 3 hose hookah at Neal's shop in Vegas on May 21st. Thought all was well with it....it wasn't...get it home and start smoking and I notice something isn't right so I check the 3 valves and notice that the bearing on one of the valves was stuck.I try to get it out by running water in the hookah which does not work....I then stop by Neals the next day the 22nd. He takes it to the bike shop and runs like 150PSI of air through it thinking that the bearing will shoot out....guess what it doesn't.He then stated that he would contact Hookah-Shisha and return it......on their website, they Guarantee their hookahs and if there is a problem they will send a label to return it.....GUESS WHAT.....they didn't as Neal had to pay to ship it back to them.He received the new stem today....16 days after the problem occurred which I feel is UNACCEPTABLE. To top it off they sent a Silver stem which obviously is not a gold one which I had originally purchased.I take it home and go to smoke and notice something is not quite right.....The stem was lose on the vase, I check the grommet and the grommet was on there quite tight and in the process of removing the grommet.....ONE OF THE VALVES BROKE OFF!This is obviously poor craftsmanship as a valve should not be that poorly made to break off by removing the grommet.....Needless to say I am not happy.Hookah-Shisha I have some advice.....you guarantee your hookah's so please inspect your hookahs so that these problems do not occur to others in the future as it is apparent that BOTH problems have been caused by the poor craftsmanship of the hookah.I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM HOOKAH-SHISHA ANYTIME SOON.....AS IT IS OBVIOUS THAT THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE THE WORKSMANSHIP OF THE HOOKAHS THEY SELL. nathan_Choi
Wow, that's pretty weak. H-S usually takes care of problems pretty quickly and easily, it sucks you ended up having a difficult time with them. And what the hell is up with the bearing that wouldn't come out at 150psi? AKammenzind
Man, that's crazy... my buddy ordered a syrian glyph from them a couple weeks ago and that thing is great. One of the ball bearings is a little rusted, but that's not terribly unusual (though I still don't understand why they don't use ones that won't rust...) liquidglass
I got a 4 hoser from them end of last year. Nothing was tech. wrong with it. But the stems had loose welds and it felt flimsy. They usually take care of any mistakes they make shipping wise, but I just wasn't pleased with the quality of the stem. But to add onto this I do have one more problem with them.Fall of last year I bought some stuff, no big deal, and I left some reviews on their products.I believe it was only 2 reviews. But let's put it this way ONE review, went through and got posted, the OTHER didn't. The 'funny' thing about this is that the review that didn't make it was a negative review. I even resubmitted it a month later so people wouldn't waste their money. And rephrased it to make sure it didn't it didn't seem biased. Still didn't get put up.Not only that but after submitting tips of the month for a few months here and there and they always got posted (there were only 3 or 4 tips so not like it was highly competitive) I just submitted stuff to give tips for other smokers. One month I write in with a tip I think is awesome. They email me back saying "That sounds great, we're trying to come out with a product like that soon...etc etc" Needless to say that particular tip didn't happen to get posted. Sorry for the rant just remembered things while I was typing.

mushrat
easies home remdy for a stuck bearing is to heat up the thing with a lighter or torch briefly and then just pop it out. It's been suggested here multiple times and has never failed. The metal of the hookah will expand faster than the denser ball bearing so the bearing won't expand as quickly and will just pop out with a screwdriver or somethign similar. MeHT
Had that problem once, just put the shaft in the freezer for a couple of ours, then popped the bearing out with a knife.
Voski
I also had a problem with a three hose chiller from HS. I posted about it here. Mine was leaking from almost every where. And it looked like the leaning tower of pizza. I was on the phone for like 2 hours until they agreed to send me a MYA staff 4 hose.
