Ive used boat fixing glue on my car itself before cause it had water getting into the trunk, its a clear or white paste type of deal and I will guarantee if it works on my car during rain storms itll stop leaks in your base Otherwise new base time for you! Just had to do that this year myself after mine was dropped onto cement due to falling down stairs in the dark. Its an exciting process my friend!
