SETUP- Mya Bohiemean 24", Orange juice (Tropicana no pulp) with ice

CUT- It looks like it has maggots in there...very chunchy...not messy at all more oily than wet

Taste- sharp oragnge and a mellow vinalla. the orange stays in your mouth for a long time

SMOKE- BIGGGGG nice clouds. thick and white

BUZZ- hard at first but then smooths out leaving a relaxed feel, good one

RATE- 8-10 good stuff

Appearance: Typical Nakhla. LOTS of stems. 250 Gram box

Smell: Artificial banana and something else and it smells really weird.

Taste: OMFG EWWW! It tastes like burnt artifical banana!

Smoke: Nothing impressive

Buzz: None

Overall: 1/10. Don't waste your money like I did I thought since I like artificial banana candies, that I'd like this. Wow, I was totally wrong


Double Apple:

Setup: 22" Blue Egyptian Hookah. Fake phunnel for the bowl

Appearance: Typical Nakhla. A few stems. VERY juicy and wet. Not the drippy kind of wet but the sticky kind. 250 gram jar

Smell: Something sweet and then a nasty licorice anise smell.

Taste: First, I was TRYING to like it...But I ended up admitting that it was plain out disgusting

Smoke: Nothing impressive

Buzz: Nothing really.

Overall: 3/10. It was kinda sweet at when you inhale but ugh...anise totally killed this flavor and you can definitely taste the anise when you exhale

Nakhla Tropicana:

Setup: 22" Blue Egyptian Hookah. Fake phunnel for the bowl

Appearance: Typical Nakhla. Some stems and it was very dry

Smell: Ugh like a pineapple that's gone bad. It smelled really sour

Taste: OMFG EWW! It tasted like sour and rotten pineapples!

Smoke: Kind of thin

Buzz: Some what

Overall: 2/10. Its just plain out nasty. I had this in a plastic tupperware and I finally decided to throw it out. Ugh even after washing the tupperware, it still smells of this flavor and its sicccckk! (and not the good kind lol)

After wasting $24 of my money on this brand, I'm NEVER buying from Nakhla ever again! Grrr

It officially tastes crappy (to me at least lol dont get mad at me Nakhla fans!) and it always tastes burnt and harsh, no matter what I do. Maybe I get bad batches?

I also do not have a choice of buying 50 gram packs because my local hookah shop ony sells 250 gram packs. Even if they did, I don't think I'm going to ever buy them since I've had such bad luck with Nakhla.

I think I'm just going to stick with AF, SB, and Tangiers for now on...

EDIT: Hmm maybe I just picked crappy flavors I'll just give this brand another shot and try the flavors that people have suggested to me after I made these reviews :] I'll especially try them if I get the chance to get my hands on some 50 gram packs (which I probably will!) Cappicuino Molases (Nakhla)

Smell: Initial Smell (A Strong coffee smell)

Cut: General Nakhla Cut

Taste: Horrible, very subtle taste of a burned coffee

Smoke: Capeable of a thick smoke, does make you sick after a little while.

Overall: 5/10 (If mixed with something that overpowers the taste I am sure the combo would be ideal)


EL-Basha (Nakhla) Licorice

Smell: Initial smell was very minty, basically empowers the whole room.

Cut: Noticeable Molasses in this batch.

Taste: I have been a ciggarette smoker before smoking hookah and man did this ever kick my ass few minutes in. The taste was a harsh "MINT" flavor.

Smoke: Decent smoke.

Overall: 1/10 (I Stopped smoking the rest of the day after I smoked a few minutes of this)

My first ever reviews. All I really have so far is Nakhla tobacco because it's the easiest for me to find.

Setup: Mya QT and all its standard equipment, Three Kings Quick Lights

Nakhla Margarita

Appearance: a few stems, medium cut, pretty moist

Smell: smells like green Lifesavers! I'm glad it doesn't smell like cleaning products.

Taste: Tastes just like it smells. Strong lime flavor.

Smoke: Really good thick smoke.

Buzz: Light buzz, nothing crazy

Overall: Definitely my second favorite Nakhla flavor so far. 9/10

Nakhla Mango

Appearance: a little on the dry side, medium cut

Smell: smells like mangoes, but the smell isn't very strong

Taste: again, it definitely tastes like mango, a little on the sweet side, and the flavor isn't really very strong

Smoke: Meh, it smokes okay, but it's really not all that spectacular

Buzz: Light buzz

Overall: It's an alright smoke. The taste of the smoke was a little weak and a little too sweet for me. 5.5/10

Nakhla Orange

Appearance: freakishly juicy for Nakhla, standard medium cut

Smell: like orange candy! I would eat it if it wouldn't make me puke!

Taste: Deeeeeelicious! Strong orange flavor.

Smoke: Perfectly fluffy and thick

Buzz: Pretty good buzz.

Overall: My favorite Nakhla flavor. I could smoke this every day for the rest of my life. 10/10

Nakhla Mango

great flavor. tastes like mangos.

nice smoke. you can't get it too hot or too close to the foil or else it is easy to ruin.

the buzz was like no other buzz i've had before. very nice, very chill. not HARDCORE, like Tangiers. made me sink into my couch with a silly grin on my face. lol

i recomend this to anyone who likes a relaxing buzz and a calm flavor.

Nakhla Peach

this is another really nice flavor that gives a really relaxing buzz and is easy to smoke.

Nakhla Mizo Mint

Smell: minty/menthol
Taste: Exact same as the smell
Smoke: Very thick, can be finicky with heat
Buzz: Will knock you on your ass, not reccomended with alcohol.
Duration: ~an hour

Overall: 6.5/10 AF mint is better hands down

Nakhla Mizo Cherry

Smell: Smells like Cherry cough syrup
Taste: Exact same as the smell
Smoke: Very thick

Overall: 4/10 It tastes like cherry cough syrup, but then again I havent really tried a cherry flavor that I've liked

Appearance: very dry. Kinda hard to break apart

Smell: Light vanilla smell.

Taste: It was a mild vanilla taste. Was hoping for better. 4/10

Smoke: Tons of smoke. And the smoke kinda lingered for awhile after too. 7/10

Buzz: No buzz at all. 1/10

Overall: I wasnt that happy about it. I think if I want vanilla ill stick with pharaoh's


El Nakhla Orange

Bowl: Tangiers Phunnel

Coals: coco's (2 split into 4 pieces)

Appearance: A little wetter than the vanilla but still really dry

Smell: Really orangy. kinda like the tang orange.

Taste: This is the only orange ive had and it was really good. Not too overpowering but was just right. 8/10

Smoke: Once again, great smoke. 7/10

Buzz: This one had a little buzz to it. Not like a tangiers though. 3/10

One of the best from nakhla, has a super sweet flavor to it, and afterwards is complemented very nicely by the melon. Can use some acclimation, I found heat management and flavor was easier and better after some acclimation.

Nakhla Coffee

Overall: 9.5/10 Incredible flavor, true to what arabic/turkish coffee tastes like. Opposite of sweet, very strong coffee flavor.

Taste: Like a clusterfuck of sweet fruits, with a note of double apple

Buzz: Typical Nakhla buzz
Duration: 1.5 hours

Overall: 9.4/10 Lost a little because I find acclimation annoying, and this flavor is 10 times better acclimated, unacclimated it just tastes funky and weird. Awesome mix of fruit flavors, kills the og mixed fruit nakhla makes which was disgusting. Good work on a mixed fruit nakhla!

Nakhla Mizo Guava

Appearance: Very wet, typical nakhla cut with some random large pieces, yellow-brown color

Smell: Like a fresh, moist, just bit out of a guava taste

Smoke: Large clouds and pretty dense

Buzz: Small buzz but others seem to get a large one.

Overall: 9.5/10

The clouds aren't as large as usual Nakhla and some of the pieces are a bit large but HOLY CRAP!, this stuff is freaking delicious. A must buy for anyone.

Nakhla Mizo Watermelon


Setup: Mya QT with ice in base and 1 no name coal

Appearance: Very wet, typical nakhla cut with some random large pieces, red color

Smell: Very artificial candy flavor, but still smells like watermelon

Smoke: Large clouds and pretty dense

Buzz: Small buzz but others seem to get a large one.

Overall: 8/10

Overall : Some say OG lemon is a bit like cleaner. Which i didn't really notice. But let me say the mizo lemon is very lemony and sweet. It is an instant classic. The first hit I took, I was in amazement. Easily a [b]10/10[/b] no doubt. Like others have stated, it is like a lemon head once the sourness goes away and you just have the sweet taste.

Overall : This one is hard to explain. If you have had og apricot it tastes just like that but a bit sweeter. It has this fruity taste to it, with a nutty undertone. Hard to explain but very good none the less. It had tons and tons of flavor, so much flavor it almost got sickening towards the end. It gets an [b]8.5[/b] only because that nutty flavor is so strong i could find myself getting sick of it, but definitely a must try!


One thing to note as ive noticed in videos people not doing this ... when you get the mizo ... they wrap seran wrap around the tobacco then stick it in the aluminum bag ... make sure you roll up the seran wrap after you dump the tobacco, and squeeze it hard multiple times and a shit ton of juice will ooze off the seran wrap, do the same with the aluminum bag. Some people tell me mizo isn't even THAT wet. If you squeeze the bags out, they go from pretty juicy to soaked.

Overall: [b]9.8/10[/b] - This is my 2nd favorite Nakhla flavor (hence the 9.8). Like all Nak, there's a lot of stems in it so it didn't bother me. I love the taste of this...the only other raspberry I've tried was Tangiers classic and this one ranks above that by leaps and bounds. I've already purchased 500g of this stuff bc of how good it is! Mixing it with Mizo Blueberry is phenomenal.

Smell: Like blueberry laffy taffys (that or grape...It's been so long since I've had it and I think that's the candy that it reminds me of...that or those suckers I use to get when my parents went to the bank when we were kids)
Taste: Blueberry candy! So delicious!

Overall: [b]10/10[/b] - My favorite Mizo flavor and it ranks up there as my one of my favorite all time flavors and the best part is how inexpensive it is. I've picked up 750g bc my friends and I went through the first 250g pretty quickly so decided to pick up another 500g the other day. If you like fruity flavors, if you like fruity candy, and if you like strong flavors, then this is for you.

Smell: Slight hint of watermelon?
Taste: Not watermelon. It's a subtle taste, unlike Mizo Blueberry and Raspberry. I can't quite put my finger on the taste as it is quite subtle. Good mixer at the very least.

Overall: [b]7/10[/b] - This is a flavor I likely won't buy again unless I find it for pretty cheap/on sale somewhere. It's a good flavor and I think many people will like it, just not for my taste buds I suppose.

Taste: Slight grape and possibly a lil ketchupy

Overall:[b] 6/10[/b] - This was an ok flavor. Kind of reminds me of AF Grape but not as bad as far as ketchup goes. I won't be buying it again.

Overall: [b]6.5/10[/b] - While I like the flavor of those medicines when I have a sore throat, I don't think I like it to smoke. Reason for the 6.5 is it is a decent mixer to throw a lil more flavor in the bowl and you don't have to use much bc of it's a pretty strong flavor and can take over a bowl if you use too much.


[b]Sweet Melon[/b]

Smell: Cantaloupe/Overripen cantaloupe (strong)
Taste: Tastes like it smells

Overall: [b]0/10[/b] - While I love to eat cantaloupe, this was just disgusting. I've seen so many people recommend it and I couldn't even get 20 minutes into the bowl without throwing it out. I thought it would be good seeing all the great reviews and the fact that I love cantaloupe but it wasn't. I hope I can find a buyer for the ~230g I have left.


[b]Mizo Lychee[/b]

Smell: Sweet floral, not sure how to explain it
Taste: Same as the smell...I've never heard of Lychee until I read the reviews about it here so I can't comment on whether it is an accurate smell/taste.

Overall: [b]7/10[/b] - A good mixture between floral and sweetness. Like I said, I've never tried lychee so I can't compare it but I do know that it does taste good. I'm not a huge floral fan...at one point I loved Romman Rose but then I think they changed their formula, other than that, the rest of the floral flavors have been "so-so" until I tried this.


[b]Lemon Ice Mint[/b]

Smell: Lemon/citrus and mint
Taste: Strong lemon/citrus and mint

Overall: [b]8/10[/b] - This is a flavor I have to be in the mood for due to how strong it is. It's similar to Tangiers Mimon but stronger flavor than mimon. For the price, I'd pick this one over mimon almost any day.

Taste: I think someone said pina colada...I'm going to say not quite but similar. Can't really put a finger on what it tastes like.

Overall: [b]9[/b][b]/10 [/b]- Even though I can't really figure out the taste, I know it tastes great. In the future, I'll likely order this again. It's not a very "in your face" flavor, so a great flavor you can chill and smoke for a few hours. I definitely would recommend trying this flavor.
