ronald_dooley
Hello,My 3K coals burn waaaay to quickly. I light them up on the grill, and they are ready in about 5 mins. But after that, they quickly burn out. For a good one-hour session, I go through three 3K coals.I still have half a box left, so I'm going to use them, but I want to change to a new coal after that. Any suggestions?- Ronald
ilikemyusername
most naturals last along time, i guess coconaras are the longest but i haven't ordered any yet.

ryno
I myself prefer Exoticas, but I've used Coconaras, and they work fine too. Just with Exoticas you get more coal for your buck. I used 3K before naturals, and the exoticas and cocos both burned longer.

OC4111
you're going to love them. I started using them recently and they are awesome. Now that I have a wind cover I only need to use 2 coals on a medium phunnel and they last about 1hr 15 min.

ALthough I have never tried exoticas, i love the no cutting and eco friendly aspect of coconaras

OC4111
LOL, that's kinda harsh Nick. call me crazy but i think i would take exoticas over rollands. In fact I could probably bite into a stick of exotica light it half way on the stovem and start smoking with it while it's half lit and it would still leave me half as sick compared to how sick i would be smoking a fully lit rolland. Because now they keep everything heated, no taste, and smooth smoke
