Going On Tour, What Hookah?

I am an audio engineer and a lighting technician, this fall (although it is not fully official) i will be going on a HUGE national(possibly world, if it comes to that) Tour with a BIG act. im not really aloud to discuss details yet but anyways...

I probably wont be able to bring my 3.5 foot hookah on a tour bus with me. it probably wouldn't be a good idea anyways. and i would like some cheap suggestions. So far i am looking at the MYA QT and thats pretty much it... any more suggestions?

KM Tri-Metal. 32" tall. Easy to transport and set up. That is what I bring on the road with me.

A QT will be easiest just for the sake of it's size, if you can manage a smaller MZ that would be great too. Oh and is that just a regular Ball Python in your profile pic, or is it a subtle morph of some sort, pics to small for me to tell...

id love a trimetal but its a bit too pricey for a tour, im thinking this thing will end up getting broken.

QT is so far my choice tho my current roommate said i could take his hobo hookah if i promise to get a picture of one of the performers smoking from it

Well if your worried about it breaking, then why not get an acrylic Mya hookah? I've dropped mine on plenty of occasions and it stil works just as good as the day I got it 2 years ago. It's got it's fair share of scratches and cracks, but it's still water tight. As for your snake I'd offer to take care of it if I was close. I've got 4 Ball pythons right now, a couple of pregnate leopard geckos, and I'm hopefully gonna pick at least another 2 or 3 BP's up this weekend at a Reptile Show down here in Texas. Long term goals are to potentially breed BP's and other reptiles professionally.

whats the price rnage on the acrylics?

I think Hookah Shisha has the acrylics at $90, but I only paid $50 for mine locally. I'm sure if you poke around on the net or maybe give Neal at World Hookah a call he'll be able to give ya a good price. And yes I've heard of NERD, one of my Pastel males is from there Is that where you got your normal from?

The Mya Acrylics at MN Hookah start at 59 for a single hose, 69 for 2 and 79 for 3.

i got my normal from someone who got a few from NERD haha
Kev is a great guy tho, he has helped me out a lot when i couldnt get her to eat for the first two months i had her. Now she eats two mice within 5 min. every week

i promised Neal that if i ever buy another hookah it would be through him, so ill probably jsut give him a call when i find out when the tour actually starts and where. who knows, maybe it will start in vegas and i can just pick one up haha

I have the Hobo Hookah and the Mya QT and would sell the Mya in a hot second if i were back in the states. I used it twice and it now sits in my closet. If I were you now I would get the Leila as it seems to be 100 percent self contained. I like my Hobo alot but the Leila wasn't around when I got the Hobo.

Anyone do a direct comparison for how they smoke?

from the vids ive seen i think the hobo hits better because of the bigger stem but id take the leila just because of the whole car thing
