Samples And Shipping Problems

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone this is Jordanneff of LoveShisha. Just got on the computer for the first time since sending the samples out (had foot surgery, fun stuff) and realized that so far out of the two of you who reviewed our shisha both of your letters had dripping problems.

First of all I'd like to apologize on behalf of the united states postal service because at the time we shipped these out they were all dry and completely sealed so lets just say that not a lot of people must've been 'handling with care'. Needless to say Im sure some others who have yet to receive yours might end up with similar issues.

While the samples are all already out we'll definitely take this into consideration for future samples and packaging in general. I think a lot of what had to do with it was probably the machines that sorted all the mail and stamped it, I can't imagine that can be good for the shisha.

But, the good news is that it hasn't made the flavor suffer much. Other than losing juices and the time of flavor going down a bit it seems that everything is still alright so if you do get a chance to review it hopefully this little incident hasn't taken much away from the overall experience.

Once again Id just like to apologize again in advance for anyone else this may have happened to. We'll make sure that in the future we make sure that everything we ship out can withstand the brutality of the USPS.

It's no problem...Live and learn ya know...Everyone seems to be happier at the fact you guys let us try out some new shisha and more dissapointed that you guys took all the work and time to do this for it to come out like this...I'm sure if you guys do it again it'll work out better...Loved what was left of the Pizzelle I got, can't wait to get some more of it and get my bottle of Absinthe from back home so I can fully enjoy it...By the way, any way I could buy some Pizzelle lol

Well that's good to know that more than 2 people have received their samples so far. It's kinda hard to get a good estimate of how many people got theirs yet and how many haven't, and on top of that if the ones who haven't was because of USPS or if the mail is just slow getting to them.

If it's not a problem, if everyone who was sent a sample and received it to just let us know here or through PM it'd be a big help to us so we can see exactly what we're dealing with here. I mean, so far that's only 3 out of 30. Idealistically everyone should get theirs, but if some bags busted in the mail then we have no idea of knowing how many people got screwed over. Hopefully most of you did or at least will end up getting the samples, and at least enough to smoke.

For all of you who didn't or don't receive any, we'll think of something, but for now if everyone who got theirs thus far to just let us know that you got it that'd be a great help.

From the good reviews I've heard so far I can't wait to get some. Have you thought about pricing or any of that yet?

Yeah, we're still working on that.

We'll have a better idea in a few days but as of right now we're trying to factor in the best way to ship it and also how we plan on selling it (ie: through a vendor or make a site ourselves)

I got mine with juices all over the envelope.

i had a good amount of tobacco for my conservation bowl

threw two japs on that bitch and had is smoking in no time.
I was blowing nice thick clouds and had a good amount of flavor.
it tasted just like it smelled and it wasn't too strong or too light.
the only problem is that since all the juice was left on the envelope, i only had a good 30 minutes of flavor.
it slowly died out.
pretty good stuff but i'd have to try it again with all its juices and stuff to determine if i'd buy alot more.

30 20g samples mixed $70
30 plastic baggies $2
30 Stamped Envelopes $10
USPS screwed up processing machine PRICELESS

I still say I'd love to see how fucked up their processing machines became from all those going at once, opening, and leaking goo and tobacco throughout them...

Yeah, well the least we can do to get back at USPS's horrible service is to kick the shit out of their processing machine

I got mine... in a special envelope from the USPS with a note saying they were sorry it got damaged. Unfortunately, I don't think there is enough to smoke, but it does smell good.

same boat, got mine and it smelled great, but nothing smoke-able...

I got my samples this weekend. And I am in the same boat as most everyone.

Here is what I got.

Looks like they bagged it PA

Chicken Soup

Pizzelle

According to my postal scale both are between 5-10grams. A little dried out. But This weekend I am going to give them a shot!

I got mine today and I'll be smoking it tonight to put up a review. Thanks again guys.

My candy cane was busted open, but the rootbeer float still had all the juices dance.gif Edited by Ninjalex
