Of course prevention is the best cure but what do you do if you make no effort to prevent it?Personally I:-Smoke a ciggy (clears the hookah head right up but i can just feel years saving off my life)-Pop two tylenol or ibuprophine-Man up and take itWhat about you? And also, my friend got me really into Pranayama and Meditation, and when you have a couple candles likt in complete darkness, and you focusing on your breath cycle, and taking some time to drink some aromatic tea....Damn.
