Just The Hookahs I Have Gone Through Since Nov. 2010 And What I Ended Up Deciding To Keep

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I thought that I would show you just SOME of the hookahs that I have gone through since Nov. 2010. I have been on a hookah buy/sell binge since then. I have preiously been quite happy with a MYA Bohemian and MYA Bambino for the 3.5 years previously, but having real disposable income has taken the better of me.

First KM:

Then the spillage happened:

I feel like I will end up like Mitchard one day with a bunch of Syrians/High End Egyptians/and Turks all sitting on Bohos.

Brass and Boho has won the day. I still have the Leaded Egyptian dark blue glass and of course backup syrian glass when they travel. Not Pictured is the MYA Razo (portable but my brother "borrowed it from me months ago right after I bought it*).

BTW: I have the KM Diamond, MYA Colossus, and a Fifa Chiller with handles on sale on another forum from which many of you know me.

Dude you have not seen my Shisha or Coals or Bowls or Hoses.

The Movers are coming today to bring me my 21 x 21 x 24" Box 'o Shisha and then my bowls and coals in another 21 x 21 x 24" box. Stupid me just placed another order with HJ when I saw the new Tangiers flavors, added in another superchief, another small tang phunnel, and plenty of coals for good measure! John owes me a White Narb, so i am pretty stoked to get that as i have wanted one for months!

Quick question about the black and gold vase on your two hose hookah: where did you get that from? I've been looking to buy a replacement for my Nammor hookah, but I haven't seen that base for sale before!

There's a similar one without the gold details for sale, but I can't find one with the gold stripes except the standard vase that came with my Nammor Ramses III.

I am also a bit tempted to sell the old turk as they look a bit too similar and I like this one a bit better!

I was getting sick of the Quad Metal look as it was starting to show a bit of wear and just looks a bit painted by children. I decided to do a Mild polish to get rid of the Oxidation. If you use Bartenders friend I had the fear it might remove the plating. Therefore I used a Mixture of Vinegar, Salt, Flour and Toothpaste to make a polishing paste. It is a much more labor intensive way to go about it, but you cannot argue the results.

Now, it is a Tri-Metal!

I haven't posted my collection in a while, so I thought I might update things.

I have about 5 more bases not pictured and another syrian piece on the way with a clear + gold bell boho waiting for it. Mostly its boho-alike syrians and a couple of nawra montego style bases.
Got 4 shelves and a cabinet full of tobacco and that hose setup pictured a while ago is way beyond full with each post holding 2-5 hoses. I have a problem.

The flow on the El Nefes pipes is epic. It is as good or better than my Regal. The pipes look great, just know that they are HEAVY and will need substantial bases (no trumpets or tiny ones even though the stem might fit them).
