runride Posted April 15, 2005 Share Posted April 15, 2005 hey i was just wondering why yall use the "natural" or "lemonwood" coals, when ssocial smokke tells me all the other light quicker and last just as long. do they taste better than the quick lite japanese ones(silver tablets)? please tell me if im missing a better session for such a reason as this! cypress Posted April 17, 2005 Share Posted April 17, 2005 I switch between lemmonwood, quicklights, and fingers. Its all dependent pn convinience and the amount of heat I need. I use Goldens, and Nour Lemmonwood and fingers. I tried the Japanese and got a funny flavor using them. Maybe it was the brand but I wont go back to using them. mushrat Posted April 19, 2005 Share Posted April 19, 2005 So i'm out getting ma'asell and i see "hookah-lites" quickstarting coals...I figure they sell em here may as well get a roll...$1.35 big deal... so then I get back ehere and use hookah-lite in the search engine...figures, they suck seems to be the unanimous opinion.
