Was thinking about something a little more relaxed... Say $15 spending limit. Anything scrounged doesn't count against the price. Have 2 catagories: 1) most elaborate 2)most aesthetically pleasing perhaps add 3) most ingenius. Make the prizes a 250 g box of a golden AF of the winners choice. I'd be willing to pitch in one 250g box and be a judge. Who ever is willing to to pay for each of the other 2 boxes could be the other judges. Nice and friendly like. This way even the tightest budgeted folks could be a part and no one will get too bent out of shape if they lose.
