I Got Ripped Off From A Site.

all their pictures they post is not accuate. What i got is not even the picture i chose, not to mention the size. 256mb vs 4gb.
they only ship COD's. I should have known.
When you check out some of their mp3 players , they put apple ipod picture which is not accurate.
How could they rip people off like this?
is it hard for someone to do something about it?

Step one. Contact them and have them correct it.

Step two. (if they dont go for step one) Report them to the BBB. Was the item shipped accross State lines? If so, what they have done is commited a type of fraud that is federal level. Not good to do.

Mush might see this and have some better words on how to deal with fraudulent vendors.

If you paid via PayPal, then that is good. If you paid by credit card, even better. If you mailed in payment, or paid via debit card. You have very little to play with.

well check this out. the whole site is fraud. if you order, you get jacked. They only take COD. that's how i paid with a money order.

The site is a SCAM! I lost $1150 to it

Damn shame.. Makes ALL internet business' look bad. I've had very GOOD luck though. eBay, never got one shipment, but seller cut me a 70% break on a reship. I did not get insurance. Web stores, I am VERY shaky about.. I normally google them before I buy. Never had a rip off. Sometimes I had higher expectations, but that was from my own lack of the knowledge of the item, and NOT the stores fault.....

BBB for the win. I suggest you contact them and let them know what is going on. But you should consider yourself lucky if you only spent $50. Could have been a few hundred for said IPOD.
