When I first opened the package I had a strong smell of that BBQ sauce. Which hasn't happened to me for a while now. So I acclimated for about 4hours and sealed up. Next day Opened it up and smelled it, well I really didn't smell much. SO I acclimated another 2 hours. Next time I opened the tub I got a nice red berry smell...somthing like rasberry/strawberry or cherry like. Jamaica is also known as Hibiscus flower which is usually made into drinks. This tasted alot like the drink i get from the taco shop near my work! It would have scored higher if the taste came through a bitter stronger. But overall good and will order again.
