squidget Posted May 24, 2013 Share Posted May 24, 2013 I really wanted a Fumo Tank hookah so I decided to order from the manufactors themselves (their site has online ordering.) I worked with Mark beforehand to get some questions answered. He was super helpful and responsive. I had noticed online they had a blue bowl in the past that was not on the website. Mark told me they had one or two left and he would include that in my order for free. Placing the order was easy (2 click checkout) and I received an email confirmation right away. The next day the package was shipped fedex ground and I got it in 3 days. Everything was well packed (lots of bubble wrap and cardboard to protect that glass.)
