MonkeyBiz Posted March 2, 2005 Share Posted March 2, 2005 So yeah, here's the story... I ordered the biggest rotator hookah that Hookah-Shisha.com sells as an early birthday present for myself. I had some spare cash, and figured it was worth it. Well, I got a 10% discount on it, since at the time they were out of stock, and it was supposed to ship out the next day, January 24th Well, it got pushed back to February 10th. And then February 16th. And then February 21st. And now it's just indefinite. I've talked to Sami about it, and he swears that it'll be out of customs any day now, but at this point I've been waiting for this damn thing for over a month. I'm honestly not sure if I want to wait anymore. For what I would have spent on it, I can just buy a discounted Hookah Bros one and be done with it. Thoughts or ideas please? For me to get a small genie hookah into Canada it cost $25 just in shipping and it took more than three weeks. After this I found a better supplier at www.smoking-hookah.com. Cheaper shipping and my last order got to me in three days. They sell a rotater hookah too, although it may be more expensive than hookah-shisha.com for me the shipping savings and the lack of hassles are worth it. Peace R. Matter of fact, they were out of the single hose syrian chiller in gold when I bought it so I got upgraded to a 3 hose for no charge to me. Shipping's never taken more than a week either. I've spent a few hundred dollars with Sami, and I'd do business with him any time. And don't buy Hookah Brothers, their hookahs are junk Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

My first shisha order took more than three weeks to arrive from texas. Although the merchandice was excellent 3 weeks was a long time to travel from Texas. Of course in California you would have a much different experience. Shipping to Canada is a different story. In fact the shipments from smoking-hookah.com came airmail from Israel in under a week every time, and for less than a third of the shipping costs. Just geographical preferences not personal. Sami called me personally to let me know that it had come in and would be there soon. All in all, a pleasure to deal with, even with the wait. I'd order from them again anytime.
