VERY fast communication, very friendly, and very accommodating. I requested to purchase the stem alone because I already have a Syrian trumpet base for it to go on. HookahVIP sent me FOUR different base gaskets to ensure I had a proper fitment. Nice! Packaging was above and beyond. Very sturdy box, properly marked fragile everywhere, and TONS of bubble wrap. The stem even still had the original KM wrapper on it, which was kinda cool to see. All bubble wrap was properly taped and secure, and the box was filled so that the parts did not move around during shipment.
