Tobacco: The usual Starbuzz quality--red dye, pretty good cut, a few stems. Nice and moist. A friend said that he could smell the tequila in there. Since I've never drank a tequila sunrise before, I have no image to hold the smell up too. Either way, it smells DELICIOUS.

Smoke: Two thumbs up. The very first pull got a decent, semi-whispy cloud. By the fourth, I've gots teh awesome white clouds. Starts up a lot quicker than any Starbuzz I remember.

Taste: OMG. Tastes a lot like Fruit Loops. Two massive thumbs up. Absolutely tasty.

Longevity: The only fault I can find with this flavor. It lasted maybe 5-10 minutes shorter than the others. Not a biggie in my opinion. However, I am using a small egyptian bowl. Someone should try firing this up in a phunnel to cover this.

Overall: I'd say around 9/10. Starts up quickly, lots of smoke, great flavor. Again, I've haven't tried an actual tequila sunrise before, but this is straight up tasty. Up there on my personal list next to Peach.

STARBUZZ Exotic Tequila Sunrise

Cut - deep red color, medium/coarse cut, very few stems, sticky

Smell - smells like orange juice mixed with grenadine or some maraschino cherry juice with a bit of lemon

Smoking length - around 30min to 1hr 45min

Taste/flavor - this shisha tastes pretty similar to how it smells, but the grenadine or cherry flavors do a good job in accenting the flavor the whole time you smoke it. the lemon/orange flavor dies out around the halfway point in your session. the after taste is distinctly grenadine-y

Smoke - rich white clouds, they linger for a while

Overall - 8.0/10
- This shisha is good for people who like the mixed drink flavors from Starbuzz or anyone who has ever enjoyed a Tequila Sunrise.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

Cost: $16.99 at Café Istanbul (on sale – woot!)

Smell: strong sour orange and light pineapple. Don’t smell the cherry

Smoke: flavor starts out light w/big ol’ Starbuzz clouds from the get go

Taste: sweet orange and light cherry – JUST like the drink, but no “tequila flavor” To me this tastes just like Fantasia’s XXX. Flavor is not as intense as Starbuzz's other flavors that I've had

Rating: 8.5/10 – Delicious. I love Fantasia’s XXX and this is just as good if not better (has bigger clouds than XXX) Edited May 2, 2009 by SilverK

Cut: Typical Starbuzz cut

Smell: Tropical Scent. The only flavor I can pick out is maybe orange.

Taste: Tropical Mixture. I have never had a Tequila Sunrise so I have nothing to compare the taste too.

Buzz: none

Clouds: Typical "Starbuzz" Clouds

Duration: 1 hour (I smoke till the coals go out)

Overall: 6.8/10
This has a pretty good flavor. Nice tropical taste that is pretty strong. I'm pretty sure I can taste orange even though everyone else said they don't taste any orange. I'm not a fan of orange flavored shisha so people who like orange might give this a better rating. Overall it is a decent smoke but not worth it to purchase it again.
