Base this off of heat retention, dependability, ease to clean, awesomeness, price and anything else you think is worth mentioning. Thanks for the help.

OK this topic has been in the forefront of my hookah questions as of late.

First i dont own a tangiers mini.

Second I do own a couple tangiers smalls, a tangiers medium, the crown hookah single coal, crown hookah standard bowl, crown hookah crown jewel, and two HJ mini's.

All i've been using at the moment is my HJ mini's. They are almost impossible to pack incorrectly. They last about two rounds of coals (approx. 1 1/2 hours). They trueley are a fine piece of work. Once some issues such as grommet size and phunnel diameter are down pack these are going to be hard to beat.

With that being said my favorite bowl when not smoking alone or with just a few people would have to be the tangier's small. It's harder to pack than the mini but i find it a lot easier then the medium. These guys last for a long time. They are the original and tested and proved. All around i feel these are one of the best bowls in my arsenal.

The crown bowls work good but the glass makes heat management a little weird. Its not bad its just different. I feel these guys have potential it just seems to need a bit more care and learning curve.
