[b]Overall: [/b]1/10 It will fit in practically any hose. This thing is a total waste. Can’t get a good picture of it, but the cotton in there is placed in such a way that 1/2 the air flow is blocked by it, not essentially pulling the smoke through the cotton. Totally worthless piece of junk, it can’t possibly filter anything. Maybe this is why Hookah-Shisha.com stopped carrying these particular filters.

[b]Overall: [/b]8/10 This aren’t bad tips really they are designed for smaller hoses like Mya Saray hoses but do fit in the Nammor. But when compared to the Inside fitting Nammor tips, these take second place to cheap mouthpieces.

[b]Overall:[/b] 10/10 These are great tips for smaller diameter mouthpieces like Mya Saray hoses. They create no restriction when smoking. It won’t fit on Nammors or larger mouth tip hookahs. Definitely great for the smaller hoses.

[b]Overall:[/b] 1/10 This filter is the most restrictive thing I have ever used. It’s designed to keep build up and rust in you hose from getting to your mouth. Essentially prolonging a hose you should have thrown away. Don’t buy these, just get a new hose.

Despite the fact there is a slight restriction, there absolutely comfortable. I love them. Because of their versatility and their comfort these will now be the only tips I keep on hand.

[b]Overall: [/b]7/10 Great Concept! It is restrictive. The fact that you carry this with you to lounges and use your own tip is just a great concept. I keep this in my car’s console along with another one, because I occasionally hit those hookah lounges that don’t provide tips or don’t provide ones individually sealed. It won’t fit in hoses with large tip diameters like the Nammor or Khalil Mamoon.

[b]Overall:[/b] 10/10 These flip caps fit smaller hose with a tip diameter of 1/4” or less. I bought these for use with my Pharaoh 3 Hose that doesn’t have auto seal. These are great for Cobras and Mya Saray Hoses so you don’t have to thumb the hose when smoking. Great little investment for hookahs that don’t have autoseal. I was surprised they are Social Smoke branded even though I bought them from Hookah-Shisha.com.

[b]Overall:[/b] 1/10 Interesting concept to try to filter out the nicotine. Comes with 5 extra carbon filters. The pull isn’t that restrictive. You really have to cram that thing in there on the smaller hoses like Myas. Biggest downside is no matter how long I smoke with this all I taste is the carbon. It’s like I packed a horrible bowl. Take it off and the flavor returns. Don’t waste your time.

Coconara Tip

Pros:

I love the design of these tips. The shape of them is very comfortable, and natural for the movement a person makes when they open their mouth. Plus, there isn't much restriction when I talke a pull of of it. Made from very durable plastic so if I drop it, I won't have to worry if I cracked it or not.

Cons:

Out of all the hoses I own, they only fit on my skinny Mya hose that came with my QT. I wish it could fit on all hoses.

Carbon shisha filter

Description:

This thing is big. I can unscrew it and see the filter which consists of very small carbon balls encased in a clear tube with a screen over it. It's a good idea, but I question whether the carbon balls actually filter out any nicotine or tar.

Pros:

It's a good idea, and decent effort at attempting to design an effective nicotine filter for hookah. Needs a better screen.

Cons:

After 2 pulls, I ended up with carbon in my mouth. I'll have to mod it with a kitchen sink screen to see if I can achieve better results. It only fits on certain hoses. I really wish these shisha filters were universal like that. If you want to get them to fit smaller mouthpiece openings, you'd have to jam it on there really hard. I've tried it and I don't think it's worth the effort really. I ended up taking it off and smoking without it.
