So i just managed to break the bowl on my brand new hookah. brand new as in bought this freakin morning. it was a clean break so i used a super glue gel to put it back together. I was just wondering whether that was a bad idea or not? should i just go try and find a different bowl or will it be okay to smoke out of still? i'd like to be able to smoke out of this thing tonight. thanks

i'm throwing it out, found a place in town and got a cheap replacement. however, i did some research on the internet and found out that the heat rating on the glue i used was 360 degrees, and that a hookah coal burns between 212 and 350, based off of 4 different references, with 4 different conclusions, so while it would probably be okay, it would be risky. Just thought i'd let you guys know.

Seriously........i used mighty putty to fix my phunnel no joke.
Just mixed that shit up and waited an hour then BAM!!!
Just like new.
Plus that stuff is non toxic and i read the labels and tried to find some info and apparently all this stuff is is a self hardenin ceramic type material.
Just sayin it works, so anybody with a broken bowl go get some freakin mighty putty....

Edit: Oh btw this stuff does give out some crazy smell while its fresh but once its dried it smells like.....nothing pretty much.
And plus you can make it flush to the face of the bowl so it looks like it never even happened.
Ive had 6 or 7 people smoke outa this thing and they never even noticed it was broken lol. Edited by tpatt90
