This is the second time I've purchased from mnhookah. The first time, the mnhookah website wrongly stated that a hookah flavor I ordered was in stock. Tarik shipped my original order to me first, explained the situation, offered to exchange my out-of-stock flavor for another shisha, and then agreed to ship it separately later on his own dime since it was a technical error on his website's part.

This week, I ordered a bunch of shisha and a medium phunnel. At the last minute today, I sent him an e-mail asking to change the medium phunnel for a small one (apparently, everyone here says the medium is too big). He responded quickly and told me he did it... even kept the same color scheme I had asked for... and then shipped it out.

This guy knows customer service, and I now recommend him with no reservations.

I've been a big fan of MNH ever since my first order last year. I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and recieved my order on Friday morning. They're nice. They're friendly. They have low prices and a decent selection. What more can you ask for?

They have a great customer service I had an order and a flavor I wanted was out so he called and I asked him for a recommendation and he sent it out right a way instead of just sending me an email
