Drink water, lot's of water have healthy chicken and mix it with some salad and no matter what! don't snack out. Don't eat past seven. And set a weekly weight loss goal of two or three pounds a week. it should feel like the weight slides of in no time. (: The above is what I started doing. I think it would be cool, if we could get a web-chat going where we just get on and chat while we all smoke hookah. Am I the only one?

So the other night, I was smoking with some friends. One of my friends got really nauseas! like he was pale and sweating. I mean I've had this happen to me before. Is it something with the hookah? to much food that we ate? not enough oxygen? <<---- (that's my guess.) Ever experienced this before? if so! know any causes/reasons?

Well... I'm not really sure hot to describe it. I mean, the bowl was packed a little loose. When we would breathe in it would sting just a little. Wasn't aweful just sorta an annoying. :/ Sorry I'm not helpful with describing....Being new causes issues.
