maxy3546 Posted February 26, 2007 Share Posted February 26, 2007 So, I bought a buddy of mine the sphinx from hookahhookah.com, and it actually smokes pretty well, the hookah bag was ripped a little at the bottom, but that doesn't effect the quality of the hookah itself. We smoked al qemah apple in it, and it was a very satisfying smoke: The hookah itself has a very pretty hand-made, personalized feel to it, and the vase (i got him blue) has a very nice deep color to it. The pull is very smooth and with two coals we were pulling out thick milky clouds. It feels pretty solid overall, only complaint i have is that the grommet for the bowl and hose seem pretty cheaply made and the hose seal needed a little water to stay tight. but that can be easily replaced. the hookah itself is great though.
