It would be great if everybody who tasted this tobacco could write his impressions in this thread. I already searched for information but did not find what i am looking for. dizzing Posted March 27, 2005 Share Posted March 27, 2005 okay... although al fakher melon has been discussed elsewhere on the forum, it doesn't hurt anything to talk about it here.... good melony flavor... very wet ma'assel .... tends to pretty much never get harsh, but the flavor can become overwhelming if it gets too hot.... if you've had nahkhla melon, it is similar in the basic taste, but very superior in the consistency and strength of the flavor itself... the tobacco flavor doesn't begin to make itself present until perhaps halfway through the bowl, at which time it just starts to taste kinda like nakhla does (although lighter at this point, perhaps) probably a terrible description, but the only one i can give because that's the way it seems to me. Although I am not a melon freak, that Fakheer flavor convinced me and is the only melon flavor I sometimes smoke. It indeed can handle a lot of heat before getting harsh, unlike other Fakher flavors.
