cypress Posted March 14, 2005 Share Posted March 14, 2005 It all started on Friday. A friend of mine came over at 3pm and we smoked strait till 8:30. We tried different mixes of stuff. First we tried AF Coconut-Pineapple, then Coconut-Cherry, and then Coconut-and HH Strawberry. We sat outside and got some attenttion from the neighbors. They asked "Whats that a bong?" Well I had to give them the run down on the hookah. On sat I went to my favorite Lebonese Restraunt in which I am good friends with the owner and I had some double apple there. Then he and his wife take us to an excelent Arabic bar/club here in Houston. Its called Al Bustan. I saw so many hookahs in there it was silly. I at least saw 100 in which people were smoking. Every table had at least one and some tables had 5-7 hookahs on them. The had live music which was in Arabic and they had belly dancers too. So that was another 5 hour session. On sunday I was having drinks out with the neighbors and of course I had to bust out with the hookah. We had AF cola and my own mix of pina colada. piperdown Posted March 14, 2005 Share Posted March 14, 2005 Man that sounds soooo familiar I've got a bunch of new flavors (and some favorites - AF Orange and Grape) due to arrive today. cypress Posted March 14, 2005 Author Share Posted March 14, 2005 I have tried cherry cola and strawberry cola and it was pretty good. Some one nailed the cola flavor last night to tasteing like a cola icee. As you can see coconut has been used quite often in mixing. It mixes well with most fruity type flavors. I am tempted to make my own version of a cocktail or mixed fruit but for now I will just stick with what i know works. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The last time I attempted such a thing was after I got an order of Al-Fakher in the mail. I got Grape, Orange, Strawberry, GS Eskandaraini Apple, and Al-Quema Strawberry.
