I found some stainless steel tubing at ACE, and have had this crystal vodka bottle in my room for a while. It has a really heavy solid glass base with a hole in the bottom, and I am going to put a blue LED in the hole. I don't want to drill a hole in the bottle for the hose, and I am having a bit of trouble getting rubber stoppers or wood corks to work with 2 holes for both the stem and hose tube, so I am scratching my head trying to figure something out that looks decent and clean. I am thinking about buying some cold bluing solution (used for bluing rifles, available at Walmart) to blue the SS tube to a nice lusterous black.
