nargile_men Posted February 17, 2005 Share Posted February 17, 2005 I woke up one day after doing this for 6 years and i figured why not do it 24/7 and show it to people who aren't exposed to it. I plan to open a cafe/lounge in MA, or RI, or IL. or something. haven't decided. Seems strange there there are very few in MA- boston, and RI-. anyone have an input on laws. Seems like CT is the hardest place to do it. Everywhere else i think the people running it have to all be owners, and some places require 50% of sales to come from tobacco. wish me luck!
