You get some smoke but inhaling is like inhaling just regular air, no substance and no real effects. I have only tried the vanilla though maybe others are better but I highly doubt they would be any better. If there was something better than tobacco wouldnt they have thought of it by now? samildanach Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 black label is HORRIBLE!!! stay well clear.. i ordered kiwi, spearmint and lemon.. cost me a fortune to get it shipped over to uk.. and i regret every penny. if you think soex is bad.. then u got anotehr thing coming.. black label is disgusting. didnt think it was possible to get worse than soex..but black label is definately worse. funny thing is.. i dont mind regular hookahhookah kiwi and lemonade. so im not knocking it just coz its hookahhookah.. but coz its crap!! [LB] Posted November 29, 2006 Share Posted November 29, 2006 i here soex is trash, if your trying to stay healthy then DONT SMOKE HOOKAH, its not terribly bad for you, but jsut stick with the regular tobacco! i wouldnt be surprised if smoking soex is worse for you in the long run, the thing is everyone knows tobacco is unhealthy, but nobody knows anything about herbs like the ones used in soex to be unhealthy.
