CocoBuzz 2.0 Natural Hookah Coals HELP

My Coconut Hookah Coals normally are great! but lately either the end of the box or the whole freakin box is lighting very strangely. The "ash" is clumping after lighting and its not letting the hookah smoke correctly. Its also not "falling off" the coals correctly, I have to physically remove them by scrapping it so that it comes off. Its kind of like when u leave a hookah outside at night and in the morning they are all kind of clumped together. I don't understand why its happening and if their is anything I can do to stop it. Usually as of late its only on the last row or two of the box, but now its almost all of them. Im going to attach a few images in order for you to see what I am talking about.  Also I am showing you the hookah ash tray to show how they are clumping.
