Huge problem with Coco Nara coals.

I have recently purchased 3 different boxes of 120 Coco nara coals, and all three have been horrible. Inconsistent shape, bad smells, and short burn time. I decided to take a magnet to my most recent box, and was horrified with what I found.

The vendor I purchased them from swears that the coals were directly from Coco nara. If this is true, how can they keep getting away with this. It gave my wife and me horrible migraines, understandably. I feel as though something should be done. This isn't the first time that I've heard horror stories about Coco nara, but I just don't know how they are still around with such a good name with this kind of stuff happening. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

I have never seen this. But I got a few boxes of older CN Coals I have... nothing like this...and they have been in the garage for 2 years. Checked my Prestige, Coco Maya, and Cocobrico coals with nothing like this.
