[b]Overall: [/b]7/10 I used two coals at first, but it took a little while to get the smoke good. I'm still learning how to manage heat with my phunnel. The flavor was sweet with a taste of ripe pears, which was good. A clean smoke, and pretty yummy. I will have to try it again with better heat management.

[b]Overall: [/b]6/10 Its OK although its a bit artificial in flavor. I can't imagine it as something I would smoke all the time. NO buzz I really don't think I will be buying this brand again... but for half off it was worth the try.
