my bief with af is its $ 4's more than brands that are just as good and the selection is decnt but it aint huge like hh/f or nak

AF costs anywhere from $8-$12 for a 250g tub where I live. So do Nakhla and Layalina. Al waha is a bit cheaper sometimes, but I never really liked it. I haven't been able to get into Hookah Hookah, either. I pay a bit more for Fusion and Fantasia once in a while, and sometimes I'll even drop money on Starbuzz if I want to try one of their flavors I haven't had yet, but none of the more expensive brands can really justify their price with any noticeable increase in flavor or quality. Starbuzz only sells because of the marketing, in my opinion. People think "Starbuzz? That sounds kind of like Starbucks, and the logos are similar. It costs $19.99 a tin! It must be good/cool!" Pffft. Edited by Ralleac

also when ever i have people over to smoke af is all i pack, mainly cause tangiers is to strong for my friends but its sweet and powerful flavor, people that dont ever smoke rant and rave when i put some af watermelon in there. its a party pleaser lol.

+1 exact same thing with me

I dont mind AF, its better then alot of stuff out there, but I only stock it for when friends come over. I dont tend to smoke it by myself though. Tangiers is buy far my fav, and Nakhla is right up there to.

Overated....kinda, just cause there is better tobacco, but its still a decent smoke.

From my limited experience, I think it's overrated. I got 2 tubs recently, sweet melon, and grape. Both have rave reviews. I tried the melon first. It was completely rancid. Smelt like rotten fruit. Had as many if not more stems than leaves, and is food colored to shit. The grape, while not rancid, still had an undertone of it. I don't know what ppl see in their grape. It sucks. Layalina's grape was much better, and I didn't have to deal with a mushy cut tobacco with SHITLOADS of stems..

Tangiers has been the most consistent brand I've tried. Shit, most any shisha that I've had faired better than AF, and that includes Romman.. and that's saying something..
