Uploading Vids To The Vid Section

So i got a review i wanna put in the vid section and im not seein an upload button or something of the sort. So hows the uploading work?

Top right corner:

Click Videos> Click VidUpload on the right
-Profit.

if your talkin about there being a drop down menu from the video section there isnt one for me. other wise im a little confused as to what you are talkin about cause my roommate and i looked for about 5 minutes for a way.

are you talking the new video section or the old one?

the current one. like on the top right in the toolbar thingy there is the video section wiki and such. Peopel have told me that there should be an icon that says vidupload, but the tab gives me no dropdown menu nor is there any such icon in the vid section after i get there.
