sss
Hi, i've got a mya bambino that i sometimes use, only a problem is i get a burning feeling in my throat when im smoking. My set up is the same as i use on my 30" Syrian. It starts about 5 mins into the session. Flavour tastes normal but just a burning feeling throught the whole session.Any suggestions??Thanks. Yamin
Less coal, thicker foil? That's basically it.
sss
I usually smoke al fakher and starbuzz. i'll try using less coal next time n the foil is really thin so i guess i'll have to try diffrent foil.
Sonthert
Less coal. Its a real temptation for people to put tons on charcoal on a bowl and get tons of smoke, but it will die too soon and become harsh.
gaia.plateau
Are you using the same bowl that you do on your Syrian?
sss
yup, same bowl i use on my syrian
gaia.plateau
And the same amount of coals? That's odd... a difference in waterpipe shouldn't mean that you need less coals or thicker foil. Your Bambino is clean? Edited April 7, 2008 by gaia.plateau
sss
Yea, same amount of coal aswel. I was thinking the same as you, i didnt think it wudv made any difference. Its odd. I thought its maybe just me, but a few of the other ppl smokin could feel the same thing.
gaia.plateau
I guess try it with less coal, as long as you're still getting full smoke. If that doesn't work, I have no idea, try washing your Bambino really, really well... try starting a bowl on your Syrian and moving it to your Bambino, who knows, try anything. This might be a dumb question, but you're not lighting your coals on the bowl, right? erufiku
try double foil? or get some heavy duty stuff just for shisha the only gripe i have with the bambino is that i'm so used to the km purge that i may have just ruined a bowl of perfectly good af. tried purging and then noticed that there is water running on my tray... gaia.plateau
Your Bambino doesn't purge properly? Is your ball bearing dirty? or did you just blow really, really, really hard?

Is your ball bearing dirty? or did you just blow really, really, really hard?i think i was underestimating the capacity of my lungs... damn being healthy (besides the possible ear infection )purge works fine, there was smoke coming out of it. i just forgot it's got a common chamber and a really short stem... gaia.plateau
Haha, yeah I didn't think that would have been the case, but you never know. I thought that since the Bambino might have been around eye-level or lower you might have been doing it that way, as opposed to with a tall Syrian that you had to stand up to set coals onto.Goodluck
