Possible Homemade Phunnel Mod

I heard that if you have a phunnel bowl that you need to get this thing (i think its called the scalli mod or something) to use it. I was thinking, couldnt you just take a bettle cap, drill a hole in the center, cut a few slots in the sides, and then just it faceing upside down. Im sorry if this has already been mentioned, but i just though that this might be able to help.

I was thinking the same, can't be so hard to make.. I'm ordering a tangiers funnel next month, will try it then and, if succesful, I'll post some pics and stuff

Take the metal bottom from an aluminum tea light candle and cut it so that you have 3 tabs at the top. Bend the tabs back just a little bit so it looks like the scali mod (google for pictures) and you're good to go.
