First of all, $30 is a significant amount of money for any college kid. Second of all, I never stated I was happy with my medium, I don't use it at all, I use my old bowl because the medium bowl takes too much tobacco and I can never get it to smoke well with a smaller amount. They just sent me a PM telling me that they wont take care of my problem which really makes me upset because when I did get a hole of Tariq (sp?) he said he would take care of it when they got a new shipment of small bowls in. At this point I think he was trying to just keep my happy until I give up. You can blame me all you want for a mistake that I didn't make but I have only used the bowl for 10 smokes at most and have been trying to resolve this problem since 3-4 weeks after I got it (within the 30 day time period) and now they tell me I am outside of that window. Fine, I'll let have MNHookak have my $30 but unless they rectify the situation I am not ever going to order anything through them again. A business without out good customer PR is a dead business. And Djbomberto, I would like to say that you made a lot of assumptions in your argument: 1) I liked the bowl and the product I got -- (I did not, used too much tobacco from day 1, but I dealt with it because I thought that was the smallest) 2) I continued to smoke out of it after I got it. -- As soon as I found out it was a medium I put it aside and called MNHookah. And right here: "But he also stated he was very happy with it. Why all of the sudden it changed when he found out he got a better deal? Still like KK, said "walmart reference" you should have known better. IF you spend this much time wasting on the forum, then you wouldn't have a hard time picking up the phone..... Also i was not joking. " Are you trying to tell me I spend too much time on the forums or something. I am not sure what you are trying to prove here but if you have nothing to add please go troll somewhere else. At wal-mart I could visually see what I was picking up was a small, and in my opinion I do not feel that I got a better deal when I received a medium instead of a small, instead I feel like I got the bad end of the deal and now I can't do anything about it. Honestly I have tried to do this once. I would be surprised if he got past one puff. After one puff of that kingsford crap I was coughing for like 10 minutes and didnt touch a hookah for about 2 months. Best of luck Sebby. --Amichai Israeli

Well considering when I got the bowls in I assumed that they were small I shouldn't be penalized for that. My friend got one almost a month after I did. I was smoking it the whole time thinking it was a small. You could imagine how confused I was when my friend showed me his small. I asked him, "Does tangiers sell a super small or something?". I know I remember reading another post a while ago where somebody had this exact same problem, got a medium instead of a small didn't know, and MNHookah wouldn't get back to him when he found out. I know these people are good guys, but I have been really patient and I feel like I am being walked all over.

I know it is a medium, my friend that lives next door has a small. I compared them and to my surprise, mine was bigger and a little deeper. I know I could use less shisha in a medium but I would honestly just like what I ordered. According to the order form I ordered 2 small bowls and I don't think it is wrong of me to ask that I get the 2 small bowls I ordered. --Amichai

Ok so it's been about 2 months that I have been trying to resolve this problem. I ordered 2 small phunnel bowls through MNHookah and I got 2 medium bowls instead. I have contacted them and all they told me evey time is, "we are getting more smalls in next week". Recently I can't even contact them so I sent them an email like 2 weeks ago and that hasnt been responded to. Is there anything I can do or am I just screwed. I ordered with them because of all the raving reviews they got but I think I'm going back to just ordering from hookahcompany if I can't get my problem resolved . --Amichai Israeli

Yeah so I usually lurk around but I tired to access my account the other day (Loumeer) to post something and it wont let me (wrong username and password). I tried to use the recover password option but it wont email me any information. I honestly have no idea who to talk to and I apologize if this is the wrong forum to post this in.
