Formula 420 - the "natural" version, is really awesome. Its basically citrus rind extract (citrus seems to remove residue from most types of smoking devices, regardless of what you are smoking out of it), rubbing alcohol, and epsom salt. I usually just make my own mixture out of rubbing alcohol and epsom salt because A) they sell this at the grocery store and its cheap and easy. The salt does not dissolve in alcohol, so just dump a bunch of alcohol in the base, pour the salt in, and shake it up until the crap is gone. Works well for the bowls if you use a kitchen mixing bowl and use your hands to rub the junk out of the hookah bowl. Just make sure to rinse well, multiple times and let it dry. I wonder what would happen if I added lemon juice to my at home mix?

I find that if I drink anything while smoking, I tend to swallow too much residual smoke, and that is what makes me feel sick. I just make sure when I exhale that I do it hard, or breath in and out again immediately following the smoky exhale to make sure its all gone. Just my experience.

Let me tell you about my once great hoarding, the great hoarding of 2004-2005. I was a young go getting salon manager - unmarried, childless, 20(NO BARS FOR ME!), and had VERY low ammount of bills. READ - I had lots of money to do nothing with. Cue new boyfriend, who is in the same kind of situation, and add a little bit of the interwebs inticing hookah web sites. Add the middle eastern grocery store near me that sells 35 flavors of 3 brands of shish. And the head shop that sells 4 brands with the entire catalog just around the corner. And the 3 hookah bars in driving distiance. You coulds say I was tempted. Hundreds of dollars, and 1/2 of a semi-walk in pantry filled foor to ceiling later, I had to invent a filing system for my tobacco. I labled it all, with dates, brands, sizes bought, price, where from, and flavor. Then I sorted it by favorites - A Team, B Team, C Team, Rejects, and SPECIAL teams when I needed that extra point after a touchdown. We smoked it all. Every night for 1.5 years, with a variety of friends. I was a KING(queen) AMMONGST MEN! Then I broke up with that turd, left him with the hookahs that were trashed from so many people trying desperatley to load a bowl like I coulds, and started school. Now I have low money, and only 1 side of my kitchen's cupboards filled with coals, accessories, and SHISHA! I have to be careful not to spend rent on Tobacco. They say admitting you have a problem is the first step on the road to recovery, so let me be the first to say I DONT HAVE A PROBLEM, I CAN QUIT ANYTIME! Cheers.

I have a few 100g and 250g from Tangiers in tupperware. I tried a few flavors once or twice, and I am inept. Anyone want to buy? PM me for details. I have Pear, Coco, Mixed Fruit, Cool Strawberry + 1 more I cannot remember. Again, all opened and in sealed tuperware, I am a master shipper, and I only used Pear and Strawberry ~4 bowls total.

Seeings as everyone likes to brag about their stats, I'll take a stab: As a long standing member of this forum, and a dedicated hookah smoker, I think that there should be an advertising section added to the trades section, and it shhould be separated by brand like the review section is. Make a thread for each brand, and then let a representative from the company toot his or her own horn there ALL DAY LONG! Now, I'm going back to my salon job where the drama isn't nearly this good. < /2cents >

Keep us posted when/if you are gonna be at Smiley's. I would drive down to Tucson for a IRL Hookah Forum meeting. I just bought a few flavors of yours, but I am having a hard time getting non-harsh smoke. I'm just going to search around on the forum for tips, but maybe you can help? I was using your large bowl, a 27'' syrian hookah, ice water in the base covering the stem with2 inches of ice water, tin foil with medium sized holes evenly spaced, and 2 squares of those silvery japaneese coals on the edges, not in the center. The pack was sprinkled in, just barely up to the top, including the sides. I let it air out for 2 hours (which was hard to do when FedEx came! ) and did not dry it out or dump the extra molasses. The smoke was moderatley thick, but very harsh when I exhaled. Any ideas?

How do I order your stuff? I am curious to ry it, and don't mind paying. Also, I have a 3 hoser that the top (where the head meets the hookah) has a wider base than most. Do you think that your bowl would fit it? I am very interested.

Anyone else use two foils?[/quote] This is exactly what I do. 1 Regular sheet is too thin. One Heavy Duty sheet is too thick and you get a thin smoke. I just rip the regular stuff off in a shinny rectangle, and fold it in half. I pay something like 4.00 for 250 yards I think, it has been so long since I had to buy it though. It lasts forever despite the 1-2 bowls we smoke daily.

I bought a pyrex one, and I LOVED it. Very clean, and it uses less tobacco but produces the same ammount of smoke. I broke mine though, stupid drunken hookah preparations. It cost me about US$35 shipped to my door, but I do not remember where from.

A few of my favorites are as follows: Nakhla Two Apples with a small ammount of AF Mint on the top Hookah Hookah Jamaican Rum on top of AF Coconut. TASTY! Hookah Hookah Hazelnut and Vanilla AF Golden Grapes with a SMALL ammount of Hookah Hookah Grape on top. It intensifies the sweetness of the grape flavor, so it is less sour I guess.

Just curious, because I have always wanted to try Ouzo, and now I can drink it AND smoke thru it
