The best for me is the aladin bamboocha natural coal. However i havent tried cocanara or CH coals, but the bamboocha coal is great.

i've found a website http://www.nargileplus.com which is far cheaper than that german one. It's in turkey, i dont know if the hookahs are elma, but they seem to be the same. Also they sell Serbetli tobacco, which imo is the best shisha i've ever tried. Go for it if u can.

I was looking around the web when i ran into the turkish hookahs. They seem to be well-built, quality might be around KM's. hookahroyal.com has some al fakher starbuzz fantasia.. Despite being not advertised on the main page, u can find 'em in the "vip" section. u gotta contact the owner for an account so that u can check the vip sector as well. hope it helps. btw ive ordered from them , everything was ok.

they got freaking good deals with that -25% off. for example 15 bucks ($20 is the normal price , i used the -25%) for a 250g starbuzz +50g sb free. i love their km stems also. i wish i had money. i'd order right away

Joytron is right, i am willing to pay the huge shipping price ofc, i get used to pay 40-50-60 bucks for a package, just i read those in the terms, and those made me confused, for example ive never heard about that Western Union before, and thought it is good if i ask some opinion. And this $10 extra charge is not a huge price , just weird, that i gotta pay for John's time involved in going to the post office.. And obviously i mailed John yesterday, waiting for his response
