Low doses of nicotine and alcohol increases stamina and high doses have negative effects. Prolonged usage of nargile (hookah) causes decreases in stamina as it decreases lung capacity, occasional usage have quite different effects such as relaxation and increase in performance. As someone who smoke hookah at all stages of love making, I'd not recommend smoking after or while making love as it burns your lungs, a bowl before smoking will help you a bit also may colour your foreplay.

Well, its bowl design, shisha and coal quality. Small and many coals is better than same volume big coals, natural coal is always 1-0 ahead. Good shisha is a must be, place the dry shisha at the bottom and more juicy part at the top so when juice flows down it will stick on dryer bottom and increase the overall smoking quality as well as time greatly. Bowl design is something very important, shallow bowls offer very effective smoking but lasts less, V type bowls offer longer sessions and average effectiveness and U type bowls offer longer sessions as effectiveness is greatly decreased.

You can easily make one out of clay and cook it in an ordinary omen you can even make clay hookahs with a little information on pottery.

Some people put coals to the middle instead of to the sides of bowl thats why they suffer harsh smoke. Use 3 coals and place them to the sides of bowl.

Lets use the plain old technique with an already flavoured Captain Black pipe tobacco, mix warm water and tobacco and wait for 6 hours then smoke. It was how old Turkish smokers do with "Tombeki" kind of tobacco. Be warned your smoke will be harder and harsher then usual.

I tried a MYA hose and I must say Traditional Izmir hoses are the best! MYA washables leave smoke too hot for my tastes!

Will taste acidic as hell and its a very bad idea. It will probably get the water in your hookah frozen and glass break... your whole hookah will be filled with acidic CO2... So what... poisonous idea... but you can give this idea to someone whom you hate dearly =)

It is because hookah on a table is a dangerous thing... If it falls you will get burned and badly hurt! Thats why its a tradition to leave it on ground level, if it falls down nobody gets hurt but carpets.
