[b]Overall: [/b]9/10 This is a knockoff of Magdy Zidan Perpetual River. It’s a good smoke. The base is perfect for the base any other base might not smoke as well. Water level is still a little high, but it’s still an excellent smoke, especially for the price. It’s a solid construction!
