I thought 4kids was a division of funimation? and I love one piece (the original Japanese. not the English version.)
altho I have seen some fan dubs that held true to the original.
and I really like the .hack/ sires a lot.

Not sure if this was said, but I enjoy Final Fantasy XII Advent Children, though its not anime, per se. The series I really got into were Death Note, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Trigun.

I really enjoyed the first half of FMA. Once Brotherhood rolled around, I lost interest.

here is a suggestion. Saturday night ariound1 am (central)adultswim plays two episodes of cowboy beebop then Ghost in the shell, one from Stand alone complex and then one from 2nd gig, immediately after that they play FMA: brotherhood. its the best lineup ever. Its the only thing i look forward to all week.

but what ever you do DO NOT WATCH Grave of the Fireflies. It is the most depressing movie EVER. I loved it but felt like total shit afterwards. It is extremely emotional and .....well thats really all i can say.
