Thinking Of Starting A Shisha Den, Few Queestions For Hookah Lounge Patrons

so, im thinking of starting a shisha den (hookah loubnge) and have some questions. im have a hospitality certificate and all that, just wanted to ask some questions

1) Would you be put off if you were a westerner and it was a eastern styled louge? with eastern decor, foods (turk delights, turk coffee, aabic treats/sweets) and a more traditional feel? with say cushions on the floor and very low tables?

2) would you be put off if it was a self serve type thing? If you went up to the counter, bought some of your favourete shisha , a ew coals and then went to your area, packed a bowl and lit it yourself? obviously those who are unexperienced would be assisted in doing this if they needed help but would this put yu off?

3) if it was open to rather late hours would you consider hanging there at night with freinds?

4) a small hookah each or a large communal hookah?

5) music? if so, what kind? loud?

6) alcohol?
