You're even ok with plastic as long as it's rated microwave safe, and if it's the end in the water the smoke will be cooled down plenty.

Thats nice...great things to do when you're bored lol...don't you get an odd taste from the plastic stem? Or is the smoke cool enough when it passes through to avoid that?

Drilling into the glass is difficult. You'll need a glass drill bit (home depot $10). Cover the area you are drilling with masking tape so if it breaks shards don't go flying all over the place and hold the glass under a small stream of water at the sink to avoid breathing in any glass shards since they can cause havoc in your lungs. For the seals use some kind of rubber...hardest part is finding a piece that'll fit. Hope that helps some. midnight

I recently bought a hookah at very cheap price but didn't find out why it was so cheap until I brought it home. It's missing the pipe that goes into the water. Does anyone know where i can get some pyrex glass tubing? I'm kind of leary about using any metals. Or does anyone have any suggestiong on what I can use? thanks

Does anyone know of any stores in central NJ that sells Hookahs, i am looking for a small mya and a multi-hose syrian...don't want to have to order one.....price is not a problem Also if anyone has or has heard of a flavor called African Dream (not sure of the brand) I would be greatly interested...tried it in a bar once and fell in love with it but can't find it anywhere thanks midnight
