I'm not used to the shorter hose that came with my km ice hookah and watched my wonderful blue tan small phunnel fall to it's death 3 stories up. I usually go to guess hookah and I'm pretty sure they are the only place to have a phunnel. I have been flirting with the idea of getting an alien or an hj, some smaller phunnel. Glass with a glass screen would be preferred but don't think that is an option in a short amount of time. Anyone have an idea where to get an alien mini phunnel or a smaller phunnel bowl locally somewhere here in chicagoland area? I have no problem going to guess to get another small (extra large) phunnel and waste a ton of sisha as I smoke alone 90% o the time. I have 3 egyptian bowls, but do not enjoy smoking out of them at all compared to a phunnel. Looking for a brick and Mortar establishment. Shisha I have is tangiers and af.

When I buy my Tangiers it comes in another container (standard circular shallow 1" tub) but I could put what I have over to a ziplock and mash it up and then return it back to it tub. I wonder what Eric's Thoughts are?

I just got one and the chemical taste is pretty harsh, I tried to mask over the chemical taste/flavor with some sweet sheesha's but still its not an enjoyable experience. Did you throw your's out, I'm pretty sure its non washable as you say and haven't done the magnet test, but I don't know what to do with this thing.

Nicotine does help stimulate your digestion/metabolism and curbs apatite. I think a preworkout smoke isn't a good idea, mostly you need stuff that stays in your system, casein protein with blended cottage cheese and green apples will take a long time to digest and is a great postwork pre sleep drink to keep your metabolism going throughout the night so the fire doesn't go out and your burning cals and feeding the beast throughout the night. I would imagine a smoke session after dinner before presleep shake would be good for you.

Just checked this place out last night and had a good time. Ever since I went to the funnel bowl I haven't used my egyptian and enjoyed it. But they packed a good bowl, the regulars and staff were really nice. The use large three kings as there standard coal and egyptian bowls, but you can ask for coco nara's and a funnel bowl for (3 for funnel, not sure on the coals) (which i didn't know until my 2nd bowl ($5 refill) came). Good blends, lots of fresh coals, music was alright. Will probably go again tonight, even though I have a little sinus pressure, not sure if its the altitude or the 2 bowl session last night. James and Obama (staff) were very friendly and knew there sh*t.

I will be in tampa next week with the gf visiting her grandma. Also might check out Meridian if I get the shakes.

finally finished my tangiers orange soda after it's 3rd session in 2 days. I always use 2 thin foils with many pin holes offset (no ash gets through really) stirred it twice in between. Last smoke was still pretty good. I wouldn't try this with any other brand of sheesha. Oh and changed the water every session of course*

Good advice, it's hard some times when common sense gets in the way, but that's what i get for thinking on my own. The building is none smoking and she doesn't want me to smoke outside on the deck because "everyone would see me" even though half of the tenants in the building smoke cigs or other on there porch.

I agree, but explaining common sense to the girlfriend isn't always as straight forward as you would think. and she is a lot smarter then me. (jeebus help us). And she is a lawyer which makes my feeble mind explode with her counter points.

h22 or h23a? those takes juice very nicely and a big exhaust. Are you building it for track or for drag? Those are a lot of fun, I used to work at a honda dealership in Lisle and those were always fun. Esp the older ones with 4wheel steering.

Interesting discussion so far. I recently knocked up my girlfriend and we live together in a one bedroom place. I try to be as supportive as I can, opening windows, putting a fan right on me, sitting next to the window, using a wind shield, having the overhead fan on (waiting for her to go to sleep before I smoke). But she can still smell it and thinks that it is bad for her and the baby. I'm not going to risk either of there health for my own enjoyment, but would like to know to does the smell of the shisha ( as in being able to smell it means there could also be things in the air in that vicinity) contains any carcinogens or unhealthy chemicals that could influence a person through 2nd hand smoke? Also would the new [b] [size=3][font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]Shiazo Shisha Steam Stones be a healthier alternative for lady and the baby.[/font][/size][/b]
