Adding Hookah To Our Gallery
guerillahookah posted a topic in Discussion Group for all Hookah Lovers
recently opened a coffeeshop/art gallery doors from buffalo state college we have alot of new york city students interested in hookah as well as locals..there is a few hookah bars in town ..was wondering where to begin as far as legalities.. is shisha considered tobbaco in new york sate (ive heard different views) ? we plan on doing an outside / porch setting so do i need a lcense any help in the process fro western new york would be really helpfull..
