I am a n00b here but I came across this thread as I was looking for information about mnhooka's possible closure. I ordered a glass phunnel, scalli mod, and glass screen from them back on January 1st, it took a couple calls and e-mails but I finally got an e-mail/update on the 12th saying there was an illness in the family and they were behind. My order was finally shipped on the 22nd and arrived (in Iraq) today. I guess I am just putting this out there because I wanted to say Tarik made good on my order. Now for the real "n00bness"; If the jet phunnel is number three (which I wanted to buy, thus the search), and Crown Hookahs is number two, who would you consider number One? (So that people can know who else to go to for a high end bowl while MNH takes care of their number one priority, family.)
